Overview

During Covid, Dow closed their physical Innovation Centers and their team felt like they were falling behind when it came to emerging technologies. They hired us to figure out a way to get back to better collaboration and disruption in the technology space.


Stakeholder Interviews

I created interview guides and facilitated interviews with key technology stakeholders across the globe to get their perspective on what their experience was like working with the innovation team in the past and to find out what their future vision for the team was. I then analyzed our findings and created a report to share with the team.

 

Service Blueprint

After getting feedback from the stakeholders, I creates a current state service blueprint and we used that to kick off a series of workshops to educate the clients on shifting to a Product Strategy mindset.

We actually turned the service blueprint into a collaborative activity and this is what it initially looked like.
